Victoria Aghabekyan is the co-founder and CEO of Language Plus Academy, where she leads the vision of delivering high-quality English language education with strong real-world relevance.
Victoria’s professional journey spans diverse leadership roles, including CEO of a non-profit organization, project manager, and fundraising manager across various international development projects. Through years of collaboration with international partners and multicultural teams, she has gained valuable insight into global communication, business practices, and professional collaboration.
This rich background enables Victoria to bridge the gap between theory and practice, integrating real-world business perspectives into language education. The founding concept of Language Plus Academy is rooted in empowering learners—particularly professionals from diverse fields—to communicate confidently, effectively, and strategically in international work environments.
Ani Aghabekyan
Ani is an experienced English teacher with more than 12 years of professional teaching practice in Russia. Throughout her career, she has developed and delivered English courses for learners of all ages and proficiency levels.
In 2025 Ani co-founded Language Plus Academy together with her sister. As a senior instructor, she now provides high-quality online lessons to students worldwide, integrating proven teaching methods with modern educational technology.
Her approach emphasizes clear communication, student engagement, and steady progress — helping learners reach their full potential in English for study, work and travel.
